"I received a warm welcome like I was family with a plate of delicious homemade pasta. The Christmas decorations were amazing, and my room was regal and spotless. Honestly, it was like a 5-star hotel quality in a small town. This family serves with their heart and it shows in their generous hospitality and joyful spirit. They were very respectful and accommodating with my travel schedule. I would highly recommend their place to everyone."

"We had an amazing 10 days at Pete and Jools property in the beautiful little hamlet of Limiti. The villa is ideal for a couple and Pete and Jools have thought of everything required to make your stay extremely comfortable. The view from the terrace is amazing and so peaceful. Although we only used the pool a couple of times it is beautifully kept and the flowers and plants surrounding it are lovely. Pete and Jools gave us good recommendations on where to visit and for restaurants and the highlight was a visit to The Home restaurant in Palombaro - definitely recommend. This area of Italy has everything, beautiful scenery from the mountains to the sea, lots of little villages to explore and we particularly enjoyed our trips to Scanno and Rosacarro. Thank you so much Pete and Jools we will return. Hope Max is on the mend. "

"This property was a delight to stay in: spacious, clean, modern, well-equipped, and charming. The A/C works like a charm, and the kitchen is set up well so you can cook if you like. The front yard (main property photo) is a delightful place to relax and have a glass of wine at the end of the day. We didn't use the pool, but it is clean and easily accessible. It's OK to smoke outside. Giovanni is an excellent host who speaks some English, so no worry about communications. The location is outside of San Vito proper, but there is a bar for coffee and cocktails (Bar Royal Apollonia) within walking distance, plus a top-notch restaurant a little farther (Osteria del Carcere). It's hard to believe that such a small village could have such a great restaurant. The property location is close to many surrounding towns, including Pescara."

"An old fasion hotel. Only the young personal speak English. I don't like americans either but it is the international languaje. The personal at the restaurant were very unpleasant, either at Donner as at breakfast. If You don't like tourist, DONT HAVE A HOTEL."

"The 4 course dinner and wine pairing were indulgent and fabulous. This is a great place to view the valley where Montepulciano grapes originate while sipping its wine. I would highly recommend!"

"This hotel is located in a nice beach area. It is a little dated but clean and comfortable. There is a meal plan sort of cafeteria style and the food is quite good for the price beach umbrellas are available and the beach is directly in front of the hotel. One word of caution: if you are planning to visit the nearby cemetery commemorating more than 1000 fallen Canadians as well as Australians and New Zealand soldiers in the famous battle of Ortona, Be extremely cautious about your car. Do not, do NOT under ANY circumstances leave your car unattended at the cemetery.Your car will be broken into and you will be robbed."
