"Everything amazing except i regret being on the first floor as its the only balconies that are concrete and not glass so when sitting or lying down you dont get that lovely view. I guess its for privacy as its a low floor. However the glass balconies look lovely as the view through them is amazing whilst lying on the bed or relaxing on the balcony. Ask not to stay on first floor. Had i known or been staying more than one night i would have asked too. In the photo of my room booking it only shows the glass balcony so be aware. "

"Beautiful room at amazing value - modern and well equipped. We loved it. The pool area is really peaceful, and you’re well placed for a walk to the beach and supermarket. Only down side is the room didn’t get cleaned even though we indicated we wanted a clean, and the check in process was confusing and there’s no one on hand to ask for help. "

"We wanted a place where we could stay for 14 days and take day trips to other towns. Villajoyosa was perfect. The best thing about this apartment is its location. It is right on the promenade, facing a magnificent beach with palm trees. You can sit on the terrace and enjoy the view, eat, drink and people watch. And, it is centrally located to explore the town with a free parking lot just 200 meters away. The apartment itself is rather small, but certainly adequate for 3 persons. More than that might feel a bit cramped. The owners responded to all questions quickly. The apartment is simply furnished but clean. Since it is a very old part of town, the apartment's electrical output is challenging. There is no heating system other than electrical space heaters, which were adequate. However, if too many appliances were on at the same time the circuit breakers would trip. The system came back right away, but it did happen often enough to be off-putting. If you are ok with that, then this is a lovely place to stay and an absolutely wonderful town to stay in. Everywhere we went we were happy to go back to La Vila."
