"A very nice hotel. Small, excellent and friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with many choices of fresh fruit and pastries in the buffet and a good range of hot items from a menu. Great location, in the centre of historic Lecce surrounded by monuments, museums, restaurants, cafes and shops. Still, the area is quiet and safely walkable to everywhere. "

" This is not a Grand hotel in the sense of the Danieli or Excelsior, however, that is probably because they choose not to have a restaurant, even though they put out a sumptuous breakfast and have a commercial kitchen and plenty of staff. Our room had filthy old green carpeting, but we noticed in the long hallway that some rooms have modern wood flooring, which is much more sanitary I don't know why we weren't given the upgrade since we are hotel gold members. The only other issue was the parking which we tried to reserve well in advance, but was unavailable, which was disappointing since we have a brand new Mercedes-Benz . The staff was very pleasant and the bathroom was spacious and had the best shower of our trip. Overall, it was good value for the money and it's probably one of the better hotels in Lecce."
