As far as cleanliness goes it could’ve been way better, rubbish bins full from last guest,no rubbish bags, stained pillows, dirty cutlery that we had to wash before using as it was all greasy. Location 10/10 close to shops and 10min from Mandurah. Car didn’t fit in the garage ( Ford Ranger ) so parked on the street, no big deal only when it rained.
