At night, the smoke detector flashed a bright white light every couple minutes or so. The Inn is off a busy road and the area is a little sketchy. "This hotel is good value for money, considering its location. Staff were helpful although not personable. The room facilities were good and the bed comfortable, although so high that it's difficult for non-athletic people to get into. The big downside, and why it gets the rating I gave it, is that there is no lift/elevator. The only rooms available when I checked in after a very much delayed flight, were on the 2nd floor, and I struggled to get my suitcase up the stairs. The comment from reception was that I should have checked in earlier. So when travelling with luggage I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you can carry your bags upstairs."
