"Booked a room with a lake view - was not disappointed. Beautiful view of green grass and the lake. Odd check in times (10 am - 2 pm), but even though we arrived late, the owner was kind enough to check us in at 7:30 pm. Without the navigation system in our Volkswagen Touran, it would have been difficult to find the hotel. The room had a small kitchenette, which was very nice. "Very nice hotel. The location is excellent and the city outstanding. Would have liked a room with a view rather than the noisy bar across the street. Also, a bit strange bathroom design……very cramped. However, I gave this hotel high marks. Very good service!"

"The hotel is right at the heart of the city Villach. It has a special charm as the building is historic, but all facilities and rooms are brought up to standard and met our expectations. At 8:30am in the morning you will hear the church bell (two strikes to announce the half hour) as it is custom in many of the mid-town hotels in Austria. "Spent amazing 3 nights at the thermen resort. Reception staff was extremely helpful in providing free train service card, directions for free laundry within the hotel. Apart from the wonderful sauna and infrared cabins to use, the amazing surprise was the restaurant in the next door hotel serving avocado vegan samosas(mouthwatering). "
