Super friendly and helpful staff. Large, comfortable room

Not worth it - book elsewhere. Very basic rooms with frustrating issues and unfortunately the service and inflexibility to accomodate guests lets the hotel down. The room also had a lot of construction noise through the day, the automatic light system in the room does not work properly and we had to find ways to cover the lights because they would not turn off and the last night one of the main entry lights would not turn off an had to contact maintenance around 1am after 30 minutes of fighting with the light system to go find switch panels outside to get it turned off. The hotel was also not accomodating for an unplanned change in our itinerary. We had three rooms booked and unfortunately had to leave a day earlier due to an unplanned schedule change. Colleagues in two seperate hotels close by also in 1the same situation and those hotels were extremely accomodating and offered a credit to use the last night on a return trip - no questions asked and booked with same booking conditions. Duhau reception staff said to contact reservations, reservations could not care less, the manager tried to be nice in email and offered 1 night credit to return for 1 person. Not a great welcoming experience for guests from far away spending thousn

Service is incredible they even handled a fed ex package we were sending to the US - great service beautiful grand hotel.

Clean room. Lovely staff. Breakfast was lovely. Pool was heated even though it was off season. Great location and very safe! Would highly recommend.

Amazing hotel from multiple perspectives: 1. Rooms - spacious and beautifully designed. We stayed in room with king bed x2, and the rooms were able to be connected when asked to provide convenience. Marble all through the bathroom, large bathtub, with heated floor to provide comfort. Nice sized bed with good support with comfortable mattress + pillows providing a good night’s sleep. Block out curtains, turndown service without requesting. 2. Location - walking distance to Palaza de Mayo, close to nice cafe and restaurants 3. Service - attentive and quick, front desk speaks good English. Was able to offer earlier check in at 12pm when asked. 4. Breakfast - buffet breakfast provides more options of fruits, sweets and pastries rather than savoury food which was fine for us however would have loved to see more Argentinian based savoury dishes. À la carte option also available. Overall great experience, would definitely stay here again! Recommended to anyone who would like to enjoy a great rest whilst visiting BA.
