"Do they know the meaning of the words:HUMAN, HUMANITY, RESPECT,PROFESSIONALISM,HOW TO DO BUSINESS,HOW TO RESPECT when someone submitted MEDICAL PAPERS that explains why someone CAN NOT TRAVEL AND THE TRIP NEEDS TI BE CANCELED? As simple as that THEY ARE THE WORST HOTEL THAT I HAVE DEALT WITH. Please, THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING ANYTHING WITH THEM. "
