"First, the front desk staff was very professional and helpful. After I made a mistake in booking dates the woman at the desk was able to help get us in a room early. The hotel is quite poorly maintained. Woodwork coming apart, carpets badly stained or very worn throughout the building. The entire hotel is quite dirty. Floors not vacuumed or mopped. Multiple "smears" on all walls. Bathtub was sticky all over. Shelves in shower were repaired by some sort of glues smeared on tiles. Woodwork throughout room was stained, or worn out. Elevator walls and floor were never cleaned, same sticky spill stain was there for 5 straight nights. Breakfasts were very subpar. On first 2 mornings of our stay they were out of coffee. Several days also out of coffee, eggs, sausage, yogurt, and zero fresh fruit options the entire week. Although breakfast is supposed to be open till 9am, the staff was cleaning and taking items away by 8:15am most days. Housekeeping staff was very rude. Although we didnt have them into our rooms, when we asked for TP, trash bags, or fresh towels, we were told we weren't on their room list so they refused to give us anything. We needed to go to front desk to get items. With several other same price hotels available in this area, I wouldn't stay at this one again"

"The County Health Department had the indoor pool closed. I called hotel and inquired about their pool before arriving and nothing was mentioned about it being closed. This is the reason I decided on this hotel. The guest service who checked me in was a bit rude. Only thing she said was breakfast hours and asked if she needed to explain anything else. I would stay here again due to cleanliness and nothing else. Breakfast was not up to Hilton standards. Breakfast attendant was nice."

"The staff was super! The first room we were assigned had a very disturbing odor. We thought it might’ve been something in the carpet. We even drove to Walmart to get some Lysol spray. Spraying the entire room, bed & carpet didn’t help so we asked them if we could change rooms. They apologized for the bad smells & switched out our room without hesitation."

"The front desk agent was really kind and welcoming. The property was awesome and well maintained. I love these units!! I hate this one doesn’t have an elevator but thankfully we didn’t need one and could use some exercise. I will stay at these in every state because they work so well with kids and family."
