"The hotel is beautiful, but does need a little updating on the outside . The rooms were extremely clean and beautiful. The views are excellent. I would definitely stay there again."
"Simone was amazing to help us find our way from the train station, greeting us, getting us settled in & making a great breakfast on the terrace! All staff incredibly friendly, cute room overlooking the water. Super close to the port if you are cruising! "

"The Hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic location. The room was lovely with a beautiful view. The bathroom is a bit small and awkwardly situated and the shower was not the best but adequate. We would stay here again as it is near the train station, bus station, Hertz rental car office and the waterfront and walking distance to everything. The breakfast was excellent. "
"The hotel was very nice, very clean and great air conditioning. The staff are really amazing. they just need to hire another cleaning lady. They only have one from what I can see and she was running around like crazy trying to get all the rooms cleaned, but she did an amazing job."
"The room is nice and clean. Shuttle available to the cruise port and back. The staff is excellent with a nice breakfast.
Gianni at the front desk was very helpful and wonderful. "
"We loved our stay there. We had the amazing Castello corner Suite with wonderful views and vast, comfortable space filled w age-appropriate antiques. The entire villa and grounds were extraordinary and worthy of Mr Getty's stature. My lady also enjoyed the Spa with a wonderful Cocoon massage from Celia. We also loved the food and being able to dine on the Terrace w the sea rolling in. All in all, a great experience."
