"Had a great time at this hotel!! The location is excellent. The best part is Guillermo and Diego, owner and administrator of the hotel who make you feel like family and help you with anything you may need, from buying groceries, to helping with ski instructors and equipment, to booking tours. Highly recommend!"

"The employees went above and beyond for my stay and it was literally a 5 - 10 min walk to the ski ticket counter at Cerro Catedral. Jacuzzi tub worked great the and the daily breakfast with coffee and fresh juice was always a nice way to wake up. You set the drop off time! Not to mention worked class skiing where Patagonia meets the Andes. I’ll be back for sure! La Base for rentals!! "

"Great stay , accommodated my lack of Spanish. Spa is good but advertised “hot rocks” and did not deliver. Restaurant was great and also helped with the language barrier. Short walk to mountain and Ski area . No room service and house keeping did not include dishes 🤔"

"Positives: Good area, walkable to resort, close to restaurants at the base. Great views from room. Get your own food cause they had all you need to cook. Sauna was nice and hot, heated pool was warm, had jacuzzi. Staff was friendly. Felt bad for staff because they were clearly making mistakes because they were under-employed. Almost all mistakes could be blamed on poor management. Breakfast had great selection but only of carbs. No eggs though, that's extra. Negatives: Overpriced for what your...
