"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Colombo! We didnt want to stay in central Rome but wanted a good public transport network and a pool to cool down in after long days, this was exactly what we got. The bus stop is the otherside of the road (underpass) its a 6 minute ride to EUR Fermi (Metro) then about 25 minutes to Colosseum. The staff were really helpful and always available. "Everything about this property is unique. We used the shuttle and pool. There is a pool bar and the dining is incredible. Air conditioning not so cool but it’s understandable so can’t complain to much. Everything was more than perfect and I highly recommend. The staff were always very helpful before and during the trip. spot. Quiet and service great. Pool was excellent and room was nice. The only negative would be the main restaurant on site for dinner not the best. Limited menu and expensive for average quality. Good breakfast though. The location is not close to other food options so this would be one thing to keep in mind if staying and need to get taxi to go out."
