The open-plan living area features comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a dining space, with patio doors opening directly onto the private terrace. The view from the living room extends straight out to the terrace, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor feel filled with natural light.
The spacious private terrace is perfect for outdoor dining, sunbathing or enjoying a glass of local Penedès wine at sunset.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for daily cooking, from relaxed breakfasts to family meals.
There are two comfortable bedrooms. The spacious main bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, large fitted wardrobes, a work station and television. The second bedroom features two singles beds, bedside tables and wardrobe. Both bedrooms are designed for a restful stay.
The apartment has one designer bathroom with a walk in shower.
For year-round comfort, there is air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, heating, high-speed WiFi, and lift access in the building — ideal for longer stays or remote work.

The property owner also requires guests to pay a 300 € damage deposit which is returned 7 days after check out if there are no incidents.
