"The air-conditioner wasnt working properly and when we complained the 2nd day the caretaker asked us to request for a refund and leave the hotel .We were ok with it but realised the hotel policy on the websites we used for booking had stated that they was no refund for our booking
for whatsoever reason.When we informed the caretaker he insisted we cancel w the website which we refused.He called a colleague and later agreed to settle our money for the remaining days we were supposed to...
