It is located in the exclusive condominium of Vila Sol in Morgadinhos, a few meters from the Club House and the Pestana Vila Sol hotel. Upon entering the villa, the kitchen is on your right, independent, functional and fully equipped. Through the living / dining room, equipped with high quality furniture, you will have access to the terrace with an exit to the swimming pool of the condominium. On the same floor there is a service bathroom. On the first floor of the villa, there are 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is en suite and a full bathroom with front shower. The 4th bedroom is on the lower floor of the house as well as a bathroom. The development has excellent green spaces and is ideal for families with children and for all golf enthusiasts. All guests of Villa Simone will benefit from special discounts on the rental of golf equipment, green fee rates and certain hotel services.

Villa Simone provides to all its guests and free of charge:
Beach towels, Playstation PS3 (while using the equipment at the property) and Netflix. Air conditioning, cable TV and free WIFI.

Late check-in (between 19:00 and 00:00): 25 euros (subject to availability)
Early check-in and late check-out: 45 euros (subject to availability)

On request, we can provide cot : 20 euros/unit/stay and high chair: 10 euros/ unit/stay.

For winter booking only (Nov to feb)- final cleaning fee : 100 euros

(All additional fees should be paid upon arrival by cash).

From November to Feb (inclusive) medium and long term rentals (min. 14 nights) are available.
