The property was an old historic building which has now been completely renovated and refurbished into a large luxury property with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. This was just completed in June 2017. The finca can accommodate 12 people plus baby and extra beds. The owners have renovated it with great taste so that the finca retains its Mallorcan charm therefore you have decorated the interior walls with typical natural stone, also the outside facade. As soon as you get into the property, you will notice how generously the whole house has been expanded. There is the large living room with satellite TV and internet. The beautiful living room is the only room in the house which is not air-conditioned, but the room is decorated with natural stone and very well insulated, so it is quite cool in the summer. From here you can also get into the lower guest toilet. On the ground floor is the kitchen, dining room and one of the 6 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need on your vacation such as. B. Oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dishes, etc. The dining room is located after the living room on the way to the kitchen and has room for 12 people, it can still be provided chairs, a high chair is also available. On the 1st floor there is a large terrace with a view over the island, perfect to relax as well as the 5 further bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. These are all in the same corridor. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the other two single beds which you can put together or separately, they all have air conditioning and the bathrooms have walk-in showers.  In front of the main entrance there is a large terrace with dining tables for over 12 people, located directly at the barbecue area. Outside, you have your own private infinity pool with panoramic views. Here you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest! On the ground floor of the house there is a pool table.
