'Petit Ca l'Andorrà' Studio: Semi-Adapted, Pool, and Wi-Fi

Important notice: The lobby and outdoor areas (garden, pool, barbecue, sports court, and changing room) are shared with guests from the neighboring house, Ca l'Andorrà.



Located in the peaceful village of Vila-sana, Petit Ca l'Andorrà is a ground-floor studio, partially adapted for guests with reduced mobility. Perfect for couples or groups of up to 4 people. The studio offers a living-bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms (one in the garden). Amenities include Wi-Fi, 2 TVs, washing machine, books, board games, a crib, and 2 high chairs. There are fans but no air conditioning. The garden, barbecue, pool (open from June 22 to September 1, 9:00–22:00), sports court, and changing room are shared with Ca l'Andorrà. The host family lives in a separate third unit with no shared spaces.



Nearby, the restored Estany d'Ivars i Vila-sana lake is ideal for walks and birdwatching. Restaurants, shops, an equestrian club, and public transport are within walking distance. There are 4 parking spaces and free street parking. The host can provide contacts for services like breakfast, transfers, guided tours, and horseback riding, all available for an extra fee.



Rules: No pets, smoking, parties, or events. Violating the no-smoking rule, especially leaving cigarette butts, may result in an additional cleaning fee. Quiet hours from 22:00. No speakers allowed if music can be heard outside or indoors. Groups with guests under 25 are not accepted. You must separate and dispose of waste. Bed linen and towels are provided on arrival and not changed during the stay. Check-in from 16:00; check-out by 12:00 unless agreed otherwise. In all cases, an extra fee applies. If the maximum capacity of either unit is exceeded, whether for overnight stays or day visits only, an additional supplement will apply.
