Really poor management of house, in total need of an overhaul

Nothing had been organised for our stay. Very unprofessional manager,Really bad damp and musty smell.Beds were wet, windows leaked during night. No coffee machine working, no wine glasses. Lamps in bedrooms crackled, fire hazard... the list goes on.. there is no entertaining space other than kitchen for 8 ppl thats crazy..

Die Wohnung war groß, es war alles soweit vorhanden.Das Geschirr und die anderen Küchenutensilien waren irgend wie zusammen gesucht, die Pfannen zerkratzt und es fehlte eine Grundausstattung an Erstausstattung. Es gab kein Pfeffer und Salz, kein Geschirrspüler, keine Küchenrolle usw. Man musste erst alles kaufen. Ich vermute mal ,das die Reinigungskräfte das alles mitnehmen, weil wohl niemand das mit nach Hause nimmt der mit dem Flugzeug da ist.Neue Wohnung ist da auch nicht mehr und 50 Meter vom Strand stimmt auch nicht, es sind 250 Meter. Aber ansonsten OK-

O quarto do piso debaixo dá para uma varanda onde se faz as refeições, ou seja, temos de passar pelo quarto com a comida e com a louça suja. Tem algumas lacunas.

Prima plek, onvoldoende zorgvuldige ontvangst en gebrekkige inboedel.

Nadat we zelf acceptabele hoofdkussens hadden gekocht sliepen we beter op een te hard matras. Eén van de kinderbedjes had geen matras, opgelost met een opgevouwen deken. Na drie dagen werd het koffiezet apparaat vervangen en konden we koffie drinken. Geen wijnglazen en alle keukenmessen bot.De gezamenlijke ruimte is beperkt, veel wordt goedgemaakt door de prima ligging bij het strand.

Casa óptima, perto da praia, condomínio organizado. A casa tinha o básico para a estadia. Entretanto, sentimos que falta fiscalização entre hospedes o que causa transtornos. Maq loiça sem sal. Lâmpadas fundidas, etc. Falta tbm o básico de limpeza, det loiça e chão, para q sejaantida a higiene.

Adoramos!

Adoramos a estadia. A localização é excelente. A poucos minutos a pé da praia, bem cedo pela manhã podemos ver os pequenos barcos de pesca e a apanha da conquilha. A noite convida a um passeio pelos passadiços até à Manta Rota. O condomínio é muito simpático e sossegado com uma agradável piscina. No apartamento temos uma agradável varanda para as refeições com vista para o mar. O Sr Tiago foi muito simpático e disponível . Fica na nossa lista de sítios a voltar!!

A casa está situado mesmo ao pé da praia, num condomínio fechado com piscina. Tem como mais valia a vista mar do terraço, onde nos foi possível ver golfinhos a passar na praia. Recomendamos esta casa.

Ao principio foi dificel a comunicaçao com o seite visto estar no estrangeiro. Depois de conseguir comunicar com o proprietário foi excelente. A casa é boa. Férias tranquilas . Perto da praia o que é excelente.... Resumidamente foi uma semana muito boa e tranquila ....
