The living area and kitchen lead out onto 2 patios, 1 of which faces north with a barbecue and direct access to the kitchen, and the other faces south, with around 45m2, with an awning and ample space for sunbathing, and perfect for eating outdoors.



- 2nd floor: hall, 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a single bed. It has a family bathroom with shower and access to 2 terraces overlooking the condominium.



The kitchen is equipped with: fridge freezer, hob, oven, toaster, microwave, NESPRESSO capsule coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.
