ALGARVE MANTA ROTA BEACH by HOMING

Cozy apartment with a great location in Manta Rota, a few meters from the supermarket, bars and restaurants and just 350m from the beach. It is the perfect place for your holidays in the Algarve.

With 1 bedroom and capacity for 4 people, it has a balcony where you can dine enjoying the great climate of the region. The building also has an elevator and there is public parking (no reserved space).

The accommodation is fully equipped, including air conditioning (hot/cold) and washing machine. All linen and towels are provided as well as amenities for the first day such as shower gel and toilet paper.

The day before your stay we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. You should then respond to us with your expected arrival time. Check-in takes place directly at the accommodation from 3:30 pm.

Upon check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost. We also ask that you pay attention to your belongings when checking out, as we are not responsible for objects left in the accommodation.

We also offer a personalized transfer service that can take you from the airport to the accommodation (price and availability upon request).

1ère fois que nous passons par Homing, nous n'étions pas habitués à la procédure pour obtenir les clés, qui n'est pas évidente. Concernant le logement bon emplacement, plage à 500 m. L'appartement est vétuste, manque de propreté, literie de très mauvaise qualité, draps trop petits, pas de protection de matelas,oreillers horrible. pas de rangement (armoire encombrée), machine à laver inutilisable en raison de l'odeur. Hors saison la résidence est plutôt calme, mais l'isolation est mauvaise entre les logements.
