This 3-storey property is situated in a quiet street and comprises:



- Ground floor: entrance hall, living room, 1 toilet, open-plan fitted kitchen with dining room, leading to the extraordinary outdoors. You'll find the perfect area for enjoying meals outdoors, with a barbecue, sink, table and chairs.



- 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, both with double beds, one of which is en suite with a corner shower. There is a further family bathroom with a bath. The bedrooms have balconies facing north and south.



- Attic: 2 bedrooms, the first with 2 single beds and the second, en suite with corner shower, with just 1 single bed. There is access to a marvellous terrace on this level.



The kitchen is equipped with: fridge freezer, electric hob, oven, toaster, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.



Equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets and access to WI-FI (internet) + MEO TV.



The villa is located about 800 metres from Manta Rota beach, with various amenities within walking distance, including cafés, restaurants, supermarket, ATM, among others.

Férias em fam´ília!!

O facto de ter 3 casas de banho completas e o local ser bastante sossegado. Melhores condições para se poder desfrutar das refeições no pátio quer ao almoço (toldo) quer ao jantar (luz).

Apenas a localização não é excelente, quanto aos restantes itens, nada a apontar, tudo impecável.

Comodidades da habitação, bem equipada com espaço para famílias numerosas. Não dá para melhorar a distância até à praia mas, tenho de salientar que até à praia mais próxima são uns bons 15 mins a pé.
