Modern 3-bedroom villa with ample outdoor space, 8 minutes' walk from Manta Rota beach.
The property comprises 2 floors:
- Ground floor: entrance hall, living/dining room, fitted kitchen, utility room, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bathroom with shower. It has access to 2 patios, one facing east, with a table and chairs, barbecue, sink and outdoor shower, with ample space to enjoy family meals outdoors. There is also a smaller patio at the entrance to the house, facing west.
- 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 with 2 single beds and the second with 1 double bed. There is a bathroom with a bath. Both bedrooms have access to balconies.
The kitchen is equipped with: fridge freezer, electric hob, oven, toaster, microwave, NESPRESSO capsule coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.
WI-FI (Internet) access, NOS TV and air-conditioning.
The villa is located about 700 metres from Manta Rota beach, with various amenities within walking distance, including cafés, restaurants, supermarket, ATM, among others.

Vivenda Manta Rota
A vivenda esteve muito bem para a nossa estadia. Tudo perfeito. O único ponto negativo é em relação ao lugar para o estacionamento pois o vizinho do lado estacionava metade do veículo em frente a vivenda e nós não tínhamos lugar para os 2 carros… mas este ponto não é da responsabilidade dos proprietários.., é questão de educação.

Adorámos a moradia, moderna, super bem equipada, em excelente estado, localizada num local muito sossegado, com um pátio convidativo a passar bons bocados, foi sem dúvida o melhor alojamento em que ficámos até hoje. O único ponto negativo é ficar um pouco afastada da praia, para quem gosta de deixar o carro parado as férias todas, mas é algo superado facilmente pela comodidade da casa. Recomendamos mesmo.

Férias tranquilas
Pontos positivos: A casa está bem equipada, boa localização, casa limpa.
Como pontos negativos: Presença de formigas, a máquina da loiça a precisar de manutenção pois a loiça não sai bem lavada e por vezes não abre o depósito do detergente.
