The concierge contacted us in advance and helped us plan our stay, recommending restaurants and tours, which was essential for making the most of Noronha. The kitchen and bar team are excellent. Even though we explored various restaurants on the island, the best meals were at Maria Flor. The buffet and breakfast menu are well-curated, including delicious creations inspired by Brazilian Northeastern cuisine that were not only tasty but also well-presented. We enjoyed the pousada's pool while savoring great drinks and dishes from the restaurant, such as the Northeastern taco and the seared tuna with vegetable and nut couscous. Our experience was wonderful, leaving us with great memories and a strong desire to return.
