Appartement et accueil très décevants

Nous avons été accueillis par une personne ne parlant que portugais qui nous a jeté les clés , les cartes d’accès à la piscine (4 alors que nous étions 5) et au parking ( jamais aucune place de disponible ; aucun emplacement réservé pour l’appartement). Puis elle est partie sans nous montrer quoi que ce soit dans l’appartement . Aucune explication sur le quartier , les commerces aux alentours etc... Nous avons ensuite découvert que les volets roulants de deux pièces sur trois étaient complètement cassés ( l’un d’eux s’est même décroché quand nous avons voulu le fermer) et que le canapé lit du salon qui selon l’annonce était un lit double , n’était en fait pas plus grand qu’un lit simple . Suite à nos messages, nous avons eu Un interlocuteur parlant un peu français qui nous a expliqué que tout avait été cassé par les précédents locataires et que les réparations seraient faites après notre séjour. Super! Il y a le strict minimum en termes de vaisselle dans la cuisine . L’annonce ne précisait pas la proximité d’un camping très bruyant certains soirs jusque minuit ... il y a eu plusieurs coupures d’eau . La cerise sur le gâteau: une autre personne est venue lors du Check out; elle ne parlait que portugais ; elle nous a demandé les clés et si nous partions tout de suite puis elle est partie sans un mot en nous laissant dans l’appartement . Aucun effort de communication n’a été effectué le premier et le dernier jour de notre séjour . Même un traducteur sur le téléphone n’a pas été utilisé . Tout le monde ne parle pas portugais ! L’anglais est un minimum quand on loue à des touristes étrangers . Ce mauvais état de l’appartement et le mauvais accueil des hôtes s’expliquent peut être par le fait que cet appartement avait sur son balcon une pancarte « vendu ».... Le seul côté positif de cette location est sa proximité avec la mer et la présence d’une piscine dans la résidence . Nous déconseillons cette location

Strand nah, Auto zum Einkaufen

Die Whg befindet sich in einem Wohnkomplex mit Pool und Tennisplatz- beides kann man in den Herbstferien nicht benutzen. Die Whg ist gut ausgestattet und in der dritten Etage- ohne Aufzug. Der Strand ist sozusagen vor der Tür, für Einkäufe braucht man ein Auto.

Très bon séjour proche de Porto

Nous avons eu des soucis pour trouver la résidence mais Carlos est venu nous chercher et avec un très bon Français nous a aidé dans toutes les démarches. L apparemment est moderne et bien équipé. Proche de la plage et de la piscine. À réserver sans soucis.

Estivemos 6 amigos neste apartamento durante uma semana e todos estamos de acordo que é um sítio a voltar. O facto de ter Bimby e máquina de café à disposição foi um ponto muito positivo, bem como um colchão que enche sozinho, sem necessitar de bomba. Para nós, o único senão foi o facto de a casa de banho da suite pingar para o apartamento dos vizinhos de baixo, pelo que tivemos que inutilizá-lo. Fora isso, uma estadia 5 estrelas

Gostámos de estar neste apartamento que tem uma localização fantástica mesmo perto do mar e também tendo piscina acaba por ser polivalente. Apartamento muito bem equipado, com televisões e Wi-Fi de boa qualidade. O único senão é não ter elevador e ser um 3 andar. Excelente opção para férias em família.

A propriedade era exatamente como descrito, a proprietária respondeu prontamente a todas as questoes e foi bastante acolhedora. A vista era exatamente como nas fotos, a cozinha e os quartos estavam bem equipados, o acesso a praia era espetacular e o apartamento era bastante espaçoso ( 5 adultos, um bebe e um cao). Recomendo !!!

We zijn er een week geweest. Netjes opgehaald vanaf vliegveld en aan het eind van de week zelfs helemaal naar Porto gebracht, omdat onze vlucht pas 's avonds was. Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en ook een goede wifi. Strand 3 minuten lopen. Zwembad bij appartement. Goed onderhouden. Je mag er niet met bal spelen. In de directe omgeving niet veel te doen en winkels ver lopen. Advies om bij vliegveld al auto te boeken, omdat in nabijgelegen stadje geen auto's beschikbaar waren. Communicatie met eigenaresse verliep prima. Soms wel even geduld hebben op een reactie.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour pour la seconde fois dans cet appartement. Comme je l'ai précisé l'an passé il ne manque qu'un lave linge dans ce logement, en effet il est prévu pour 6 personnes, et nous l'avons loué 10 jours, il est difficile pour nous de ne pas laver de linge pendant 10 jours, sachant que nous avons 3 adolescents. Aussi, Malheureusement au troisième jour de notre installation, le lave vaisselle est tombé en panne et personne ne s'est manifesté pour le réparer(il y avait le weekend du 15/08 donc je peux comprendre), aussi il y a un aspirateur qui n'aspire rien du tout. (dommage avec le sable) Hormis cela tout était bien, je pense que je n'hésiterai pas à relouer ce logement, mais franchement avec un lave linge et aspirateur qui fonctionne ce serait le top.

Estuvimos muy a gusto en el apartamento. Bien equipado, reformado, camas muy comodas. En general bien equipado. La atención y recibimiento de Maria muy cordial. Nos ofrecio mapas, folletos e información turistica para nuestra estancia. LO RECOMIENDO.
