We enjoyed our stay. The room was great. The included breakfast was excellent. There was a lot of choice: eggs, bacon, ham cheeses, breads, yoygurt, fruit, etc.

Outstanding place!

Fantastic place. The staff was very friendly, and you immediately felt welcome when entering. The place is bright, clean, cozy and has a nice open area where you can sit for coffee or a drink at night with large windows. The pool, sauna and Turkish bath is great and clean, just what is needed after a long day. I can highly recommend this place for anyone - and for people like us who are on the Camino journey! Thank you for having us!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable, and had a little patio, but it overlooked the really busy main road so it was extremely noisy to open it and got fumes instead of fresh air in the room. But when the door was shut, it was much quieter.

The spa is incredible. Pedro is an absolute master, and the sole reason i hope to return! The hotel tries hard to be 'upmarket', but it's not pulling it off!! At a 'boutique hotel', I expected high standards. This is offered in some parts, such as the glass bottles of water replaced in rooms daily. I booked a superior deluxe room, but I struggle to see how this is what I received. No robe, stained pillows, having to run the shower for at least 5 minutes to get hot water and then the temperature varied constantly whilst showering, Conditioner not topped up despite being completely empty, cheap plastic bathtub in a marble-tiled bathroom... The restaurant is cheap with great pizzas, most of the staff are friendly. But in future, I will book somewhere else to stay and book into the spa separately.

Excellent spa hotel near beaches and restaurants

Staff were friendly and helpful at check-in, making spa treatment and dinner arrangements for us. Clean and comfortable rooms with TV, fast wifi, coffee machine. Nice soaps and extras in the bathroom. Spa facilities excellent for massage treatment or just a swim/sauna session. Plenty of choice at breakfast and selection from the bar before dinner.

We were in Vila do Conde for a wedding on the beach. This hotel was convenient to get ready for the wedding. We didn't have time to use the pool or spa. It was a 16 minute walk to the beach. There were not many shops or dining options near by. The breakfast provided had a great variety. The staff was courteous and helpful. For the price it was a great value.

Hotel com muito desgaste nos moveis e no chão, chuveiro partido, tomadas partidas, fio do candeeiro danificado, falta de toalhas na casa de banho. Instalações muito limpas. Pessoal profissional, muito prestável e simpatico. Provavelmente não volto a repetir.
