A short walk from the most beatiful Salema Beach and Village, it is ideally located for exploring the landscapes and the unexplored coast of Algarve. The property is fully equipped to the highest standard and you'll be enchanted by the outside spaces, a perfect view of the sea, amazing view of the swimming pool and the charming private lounge.

A modern open kitchen with an ample dining area with access to the garden and swimming pool, village and sea. This leads to a living room with a comfortable sofa, fully equipped, with tv, table games and video console.

The two bedrooms have king size beds en-suite bathrooms, and the third bedroom has two en-suite bathrooms. The lounge is perfect for relaxing on a sunny afternoon.

You'll be greated on arrival and offered information on local beaches, markets, villages, attractions, walk to the beach, etc., to help make the most of your stay.

Salema villa stay

We had a great stay. The walk to the beach was pleasant and not too far. We were able to eat at a small restaurant in town where the service was amazing.

Great place

We very much enjoyed our week in this great place, the house is modern, bright and spacious, has everything you need and more. Walking distance to an awesome beach and charming little town with lots of good restaurants. It's a shame the sea view is partially obstructed, otherwise it would be just perfect.

Wonderful place close to everything

Place is nicer than shown in photos. Very quiet area and convenient to everything in Salema. Anna met us and explained everything. Was nice to have some coffee, beer and wine waiting for us. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

We enjoyed our stay at Sandra’s house. Big pool, huge house - and we were very impressed by how well equipped it was. Nothing was missing. Great communication. Recommendable!

Perfect family house

The house was well appointed and exactly as listed. The property manager met us on site and was delightful. She had left a few necessities for us (coffee, cream, wine!) our daughter loved the pool, the games, and the bean bag chair. A perfect place to relax. Thank you!

Fantastic - everything we expected and more

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed staying at Sandra’s place. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed to make it home for a couple of days. Excellent view from upstairs. We didn’t realize there was no air conditioning but it was not needed - the cross breeze kept the house cool. Sandra communicated well and made everything seamless. I would stay here again.

Spacious interior/excellent ammenities

We were initially concerned that views from the deck didn't match photos on the vrbo website. Sandra graciously alleviated our concerns. The interior was very clean and incredibly roomy. In addition, it had excellent kitchen and bathroom ammenities. Although we didn't use it, the pool is a great feature. This is a great place for a family to stay.

Family trip to Salema

We loved the Salema house! We loved the chill vibe of Salema and the house was gorgeous. We especially loved the pool and the view from the top balcony! It's only a 10 minute walk to the beach so we were able to enjoy the beach and the pool. I highly recommend it!

Paradise in Salema!

We had the unfortunate “bad luck” of staying in this lovely home during a time that construction was happening in the neighborhood. Totally out of the owners control and she was very open about what was happening.

Good Salema stay

Let me start by saying that Sandra was always responsive to any questions I had. I felt completely supported by her. A few weeks before our stay, she reached out to tell us about some construction happening nearby. Unfortunately, that construction impacted the beautiful views we were expecting. Nothing Sandra could do about that, but this is the reason for the 3 stars in question 3. The property itself was very comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. We were close to the village of Salema and to other Algarve locations. We appreciate Sandra's hospitality.

Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Die Zimmer sind schöner als auf den Fotos. Der Blick vom Obergeschoss ist toll.Bei Ankunft fanden wir Wein, Brot und Aufschnitt im Kühlschrank vor.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren mit 4 Personen Anfang Oktober dort. Das Haus ist modern und absolut ausreichend ausgestattet. Der Pool ein echter Luxus dazu. Die Möbel der Küchenzeile passen von der Wertigkeit nicht zum Haus und sind auch schon ein wenig lediert vorgefunden worden. Das ändert aber nichts für die Begeisterung dem Haus gegenüber und dem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis

A good week

En français. Logement spacieux agréable a 10 mn a pied de la mer et du bourg. La piscine est très propre. La chaleur n'était pas là 19°c mais les paysages sont magnifiques .

Ich war mit fünf Freunden im Januar 2024 in Salema, Das Haus wurde nach Beschreibung leicht gefunden und liegt etwa 10 min zu Fuß vom Stadtkern. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist nett und antwortet schnell. Das Haus ist sehr groß, gut geschnitten und schön gelegen es hat viel Platz und ist toll zum selber Kochen und viele Terrassen um sich auszubreiten. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und alles war gut geputzt. Wir waren zum lernen und surfen an der Algarve, weshalb wir viel Zeit auch im Haus verbracht haben. Das Internet ist zum Arbeiten etwas zu langsam, aber so lange man keine Calls macht reicht es. Insgesamt ein tolles Haus zu einem Guten Preis von nu 65E die Nacht. mit Abstand das günstigste Angebot zu der Zeit. Leider gibt es auch zwei große negativ Punkte. Direkt in der Umgebung gibt es diverse große Baustellen die sehr laut sind. Unter der Woche kann man nicht wirklich draußen sein, weil es zu laut ist. Am Wochenende ist Pause. Die Bauarbeiten gehen noch bis Mai, wurde uns von den Handwerkern berichtet. Für uns war es nicht so schlimm, den den Lärm hört man im Haus nicht und da wir zum lernen und nicht zum in der Sonne liegen da waren, war es zu dem Preis kein Problem. Der Vermieter kann ja nichts für die Baustellen. Das zweite ist Feuchtigkeit im Haus. Feuchtigkeit in den Häuser ist in vielen Häusern in Portugal im Winter ein Problem, weil es keine Heizungen gibt. Bei und hat sich nach einer Woche leider auch an vielen Wänden Schimmel entwickelt

Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Haus war im Dunkel schlecht zu finden. Google Maps hat uns Richtung Figueira geschickt…Was falsch war..Kurze Beschreibung wäre sehr gut gewesen.

Haus in schöner Aussicht mit Mängeln

Es handelt sich um ein Reihenhaus außerhalb Salemas mit schöner Meersicht. Das Gebäude ist zwar erst wenige Jahre alt, weist aber deutliche Feuchtigkeitsschäden auf. Aus der Dusche kamen sehr unangenehme Gerüche. In den 3 Bädern waren 2 Duschköpfe kaputt. Die Ergebnisse des Geschirrspülers waren unterirdisch, die Küche in beschädigtem Zustand. Das geht deutlich besser. Wegen einer Baustelle vor dem Haus wurde der Mietpreis um 1/3 reduziert. Das war fair. Nach Fertigstellung des neuen Gebäudes wird die Aussicht und damit das Haus weiter deutlich an Charme verlieren.
