Poorly maintained property in great location

Property is a poor state: 1. You should not rent out a property where the oven is taped up with duck tape to prevent use. 2. The brickwork on the balcony is loose and not safe. 3. The whole place needs a good clean Parking is not straightforward and access is difficult In summary though the location is very good, this is not enough

Great location spitting distance from the beach

Right in the action, a comfortable pension on top of the beach and lots of restaurants. Can be a little noisey late at night on weekends.
