The hotel is good stay for the value and location. The staff are very good. Housekeeping staff Nandi, restaurent staff in bar - Koti and in coffee shop were very good. Will come back because of the pleasent welcome at reception by Krishna Reddy and staff at hotel.

Staff doesn’t know how to operate on business travel level. Refuse to make changes when I easily could have done it myself, and refused to allow to do so. Wait staff smells. bathroom towels not changed, just folded and put back. Shower floods, and bedsheets had stains. all staff constantly looking for a tip, but don’t do anything worth tipping.

The property was in very good location. It was well maintained and staff were excellent. The rooms need to be renovated and USB outlets added. We stayed for extended period as needed to attend family functions. The housekeeping staff were excellent and Umesh was outstanding. He was always checking to provide any services needed. Ramesh from concierge was also good. The buffet restaurent was very good. Rajesh Berry checked everyday with a smile.

Good location but outdated rooms

The hotel location was great, close to Benz circle & a lot of food joints. The rooms are very outdated with old designs. The shower area of my room was getting flooded when using it. Wifi was nice & fast (10 mbps) but only available inside the room & not the lobby, restaurant etc. Hot breakfast was served with many items that were available to be ordered on a live counter.

建物は古い様ですが、部屋の広さ、トイレ、シャワーの大きさも問題ありませんでした。 朝食もまずまずです。ただＷＩ－ＦＩの調子がいまいちでした。２泊して夕食を２回食べましたが 味の方がちょっとという感じでした。この都市も老朽化しており、現在新都市へ移行の為車で ３０～４０分走った場所に工事が進められており、１０年後には新しい都市が出来るそうです。 田舎でしたが空気が良くありませんでした。

Room is excellent - go elsewhere for food

Room & service is good & nice breakfast options(included) Food service is terrible - for our first room delivery order, we got a bunch of small bone pieces on a vegetarian dish. Both my mom and sister are pure vegetarians. We get NO curtesy from the management in this regard & we never order food after that incident.

Bit pricey

Clean, comfy and reasonable size rooms. Staff are courteous, room service and house keeping are very good. Food is also good. Hotel location close to shopping malls and the main road. Hence you can hear the traffic noise if you happen to have the room adjacent to the street.
