"This is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Not only is the entire building immaculate (being newly opened), the staff were without exception excellent and extremely polite. Processes seemed very sensible and avoided many of the irritating unnecessary elements you experience in many hotels - everything was kept quick and efficient. Never a queue at reception and the staff give the impression of actually enjoying working there. Room was lovely and larger than the photos make it look. Bed super comfy, room spotlessly clean. The modern TV very helpful for screen sharing. Shower huge and great. The breakfast is exceptionally good. Huge range, decent quality and felt like very good value. Staff again were excellent and very proactive, hats off to them. The only constructive criticism I would have is that the dinner menu offered in their restaurant is very niche and unlikely to appeal to many people. I did not try it to be fair so it may be great/I am just not the target market, but when there are so many decent restaurants nearby the idea of taking the risk on a very "out there" menu didn't really appeal. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Best hotel we stayed on this 10 days 4 countries trip. The service was top notch from the receptionist (Eric) as he was extremely helpful, house keeping (for bringing us kids size bathropes after seeing we have small kids and extra water bottles), the barista for making us tea on demand. Breakfast was awesome. Location was great as its across the steeet from freedom square. Will definitely stay there again"
