"The staff was amazing, friendly, and accommodating. Breakfast was very good too. Everything was extremely clean and the quality of the furniture and materials was great. We enjoyed our stay. I wasn’t sure about the walk from the train station to the hotel as far as being safe. That was medium, but once we started walking around town, I felt better. Some buildings near by are under construction. Once that is done, it should feel better."

"Stayed at X Alp Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms were clean, convenient, and packed with amenities. The jacuzzi was a highlight, especially on chilly days, with amazing views to enjoy while soaking. Breakfast was delicious with attentive staff. The hotel is just a short walk from a beautiful stream, perfect for a relaxing stroll. The lounge with a small fireplace was a cozy spot to have a drink at night or even work during the day. Only downside was the in-house restaurant for dinner, which was just OK, but overall, a great stay!"
