The shower tub was clogged in my room, couldn’t shower. The AC was not cooling the room, I called multiple times about the AC, but no one came to assist. Overall disappointed.

Excellent hotel for easy commute for Milan/Monza/Como. Staff efficient and friendly with a quality breakfast. Large comfortable rooms. 5 mins walk to main line rail station & 15min walk to the Metro. Would stay again.

The people at Reception were friendly and very helpful to my husband and I. One young man answered all our questions and gave us great suggestions. He even helped us with our phones. He is an asset to your hotel. Thank you.

This was the best hotel that I have stayed in I think ever! Truly I have traveled many places and the stellar Ambiance of this hotel cannot be beaten. The breakfast is amazing as everyone else says. To be able to have an omelette each morning it's just wonderful because you end up spending all day out doing things and the protein just keeps you going. The fruit was always fresh the yogurt was the best I've had and of course the pastries were delicious. My favorite part of every morning was one of the staff and the breakfast room by the name of Taia and she helped us a great deal everyday trying to speak Italian since we are from america. The beds are the most comfortable and The View was wonderful we had room 407 I highly recommend you request it but just don't request it when we're coming back! Which in all honesty would be every stinking year if I could afford it! The walkability to Riva everyday was beautiful! We did jump in the pool once and it was pretty chilly even though it was heated but it is October after all. I highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again and again and again.

Properly regulated aircon. Lovely choices of breakfast. In-house bar so no need to go far for a good night drink after a busy day
