Modern holiday home with hot tub and nature

This modern summer house from 2020, measuring 112 m², is designed for holidays with plenty of space and togetherness. The house features three bedrooms, a large loft and a total of eight sleeping places – well suited for families or two generations vacationing together.



The heart of the home is the spacious open-plan kitchen and living area with a vaulted ceiling and large sliding doors leading to the terrace. Here, it is easy to gather around cooking, meals and long evenings, while the transition between indoor and outdoor living feels natural and open.



Outside, a large wooden terrace awaits, partially covered to extend the season. The outdoor hot tub offers relaxation all year round.



The house has one bathroom and an additional toilet, making the stay practical even when several guests are staying together. The interior is simple and functional, with a focus on comfort and space for shared moments.



The area surrounding the summer house offers the classic holiday qualities of Odsherred. Nature is close at hand with forests, open landscapes and quiet roads ideal for walking and cycling. The pace is slow, allowing the holiday to unfold in peaceful surroundings.



The coast is just 1.5 km away and invites you to enjoy beach days, evening walks and swimming. At the same time, there is easy access to local farm shops, small towns and experiences, making the area ideal for a relaxed holiday with variety and close contact with nature.
