Stayed one night after reading good reviews. It's a self-service hotel with no staff on site. You must call for an access code and that took some doing as our foreign phones werent connecting. Finally able to get in, no elevators and room upstairs. Room was very spacious, very clean, and efficiently decorated.. slept well + were ssurprised at the very excellent breakfast that was included. A verod stay, despite it being in a rather commercial district.

We arrived much later at night than expected and I was worried about the lack of 24 hour desk but we did get the lock box figured out (once you get the key, it's the entrance right next to the lock box, only a few staeps away) and finally got to our room. Without an elevator, the steps were hard on my not-so-great knee, but we made it to find a huge room for our family of four. It's more like an apartment. The bed was comfortable, the couch was already made up for our boys to sleep on, there was one fan we made work for everyone, and we did not need to use the kitchen but it looked like it was stocked with enough dishes and tools to make work. The bathroom was decent, the shower is old but drained fine, plenty of hot water and enough pressure. On our way down to breakfast, we could see a lot of the construction going on (rooms with unbuilt furniture, construction supplies, etc) but nothing out and in the way that I remember. Breakfast was sufficient, typical German variety, it definitely filled us up. The decor throughout the entire building is different than typical hotels but fun different. With free parking and breakfast along with the huge room, we would definitely stay again if we visit Mannheim or maybe Heidelberg.

Kamers waren schoon, ontbijt was verrassend goed. Rookmelder was afgeplakt en dat is levensgevaarlijk. Gelukkig hingen er meer.

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war in Ordnung. Gute Kommunikation über die Schluesselabholung in der Box. Die Betten waren bereits für 4 Personen vorbereitet, sodass wir nicht erst das Schlafsofa umbauen mussten. Genug Parkplätze vor der Unterkunft vorhanden. Am Frühstück wird etwas gespart. Ansonsten für eine Nacht genau das Richtige.

Die Rollläden waren super praktisch. Das Zimmer komplett dunkel und so schön ruhig. Eine erholsame Nacht. Beim Frühstück gab es alles was das Herz begehrt.

Toilette war nicht geputzt, die Dusche schimmelt stark. Im Bett waren Haare die nicht von uns stammten. Wer also Wert auf Sauberkeit und ein modernes Badezimmer legt ist hier falsch. Alles sehr hellhörig wodurch wir sehr früh wach wurden und nicht mehr schlafen konnten. Zimmer war ansonsten okay und Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

Goed verblijf

De aankomst was anders dan we gewend zijn maar via een sms-bericht was het duidelijk en konden we de sleutel in ontvangst nemen. Mede door het warme weer was het warm op de kamer. De staande ven werkte dat niet helemaal weg.
