Excellent modern & clean hotel with fantastic buffet breakfast; handicap parking and accessible facilities; near major autobahn/Freeways, yet very quiet; and the staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We will stay here again.

Hotel is being renovated a bit. Rooms are very very small. Staff was able to move us to accessible room which was better - we could put our luggage down. First night we were there was during the worlds soccer game. We were able to stay in the lobby a bit past the 10:30 during Sunday cut off but were asked to leave right before overtime - very frustrating and seemed odd. Lobby and bar area was full of guests and everyone essentially was told to go to bed. Day time staff is amazing and super helpful.

Hotel is conveniently close to the tram. Staff are friendly & helpful. Our room is small & bed is not very comfortable.

Great breakfast staff

The staff making breakfast were great...first 2 days veryquiet ..not many people..our last day on Sunday it was packed but your staff did an amazing job keeping everyone happy...we had a nice breakfast cake slices on the first day but nothing after that...but no worries probably better for ne.

The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff are extremely helpful and professional etc. Big shout out to Max great support..Only thing i found very difficult, was they catered for a wedding reception and closed the hotel area and asked us not to use it. I find this very unprofessional when you have paid.

Firstly, this hotel is advertised as a Best Western hotel but it should be listed as a business hotel (the Pear Hotel). Because of it being a business hotel, the rooms were extremely small and not conducive for family stays. As for amenities, the rooms have no fridges or microwaves. Again making it difficult to stay here as a tourist or traveller. Also the first night we stayed the water heater was not working so the water was ice cold. The staff were friendly however and offered free breakfast due to this inconvenience. All in all, the staff were nice but the hotel is not suitable for anything other than a 1-2 night stay.

Die Zimmer waren nicht so angemessen sauber wie erwartet. Parkplätze konnte man auf dem Hof buchen für 7.50€ was meiner Meinung nach sehr gut war zwar fand man ab und an kein freien Parkplatz aber man konnte mit gutem Gewissen sich an die Seite vom Hof stellen.
