The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming chalet in Vienville for rent; it has a floor area of 210 m² and can accommodate up to 9 guests.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen, equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: one king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 4: a bunk bed sleeping three (including a pull-out bed)
- A separate toilet

In the basement:
- A bathroom with a bath and shower
- A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer
- A games room (air hockey, table football, pinball, TV, board games, darts, etc.)

Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, plancha, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outdoors:
- A beautiful 1,366 m² garden, partially enclosed and facing south. Here you’ll find a pétanque court and a trampoline.
- Two terraces: the first, facing south, measuring approximately 36 m², and the second, facing north, measuring approximately 50 m², both with garden furniture so you can make the most of sunny days.

The chalet is ideally located in Vienville, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

The nearest ski resorts are around 20 km away (Gérardmer, La Bresse, etc.).

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park (up to 5 vehicles).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Nancy, approximately 100 km away
- Nearest airport: Mulhouse, approximately 115 km away

Other remarks :
- Bed linen is included but towels are not provided. It is possible to hire towels from our local partner (prices given for information only and subject to change by our partner).
- Only one pet (medium/small) accepted, at no extra charge. Please specify when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. You may be asked to pay a flat-rate supplement.
- A security system is installed outside the accommodation. There are security cameras at the entrance to the gîte, the car park, the basement entrance, the garage, the terrace and the robotic lawnmower. These will be inactive during rental stays.
