Nobody at reception when we arrived a 4pm, then had to ask for towels and they tried to charge extra for our 2 small dogs which should be free as stated when bookinh. Nothing around hotel as it is on an industrial estate had to drive to find a shop and restaurant, then at 1.30am when asleep someone tried to enter the room with a key, very frightening we had to shout to scare them off, no sleep was had after this and nobody around in morning to complain to. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very pleasant stay
We wanted to stay to the west of Poitiers and this hotel was just right. A minor problem with the WiFI was quickly sorted.

Hottest Day
We travelled to Poitiers on the hottest day of the year. Unfortunately the room we were allocated appeared to have been used by someone who had either smoked out of the window or who was a heavy smoker as there was a lingering smell of smoke in the room. We did ask if there was another available room, however no other was available and after travelling from the Channel Tunnel we were very tired. We used the restaurant in the Hotel, the food was very good. Breakfast in the morning was also good, but not included in the room price. The staff were very helpful.

Needs Makeover
Choose Come Inn as reports said Fabulous. The lady in reception was fine but the hotel was in serious need of refurbishment. Decor was plain with shed green painted doors, no air-con, basic furnishings and bathroom from the 50s! Nearest basic eatery was 15+ mins drive. Didn't try breakfast as had to order night before.

One of our regular stopovers
Regularly travelling to and from UK to southern Spain this is one of our repeat stopovers. Plus points -The hotel is located out of the main town close to A10 or N10 with ample parking. Usual room facilities, a good restaurant and a good breakfast selection. Accepts our pet dog free of charge. Negative points - rooms could be considered small. Restaurant closed Friday to Sunday.

Good place for an overnight stay
Location was not great but we only wanted an overnight stay to break our journey so was not important. Good breakfast and helpful reception.

Great restaurant and friendly staff
Didnt think much of the outside, so the inside was a pleasant surprise. Had a nice meal and the beds were comfy. Not in a nice area, but conveniently close to the motorway. Good value for money

Good for the price.
Fine for a one night stopover. Restaurant was closed which we were not aware of till we arrived so no dinner and breakfast not served till 8am - too late for our check-in time at the airport!

Acceptable as a last resort
On the plus side, it's easy to find. However, the restaurant was closed, the room was extremely poky and airless, even with the window open, and the only fan available (which doubles as the heater) was in the wc. There was an overpowering smell of industrial cleaning agent in the room and in the corridor. The facilities were adequate, but not everyone will enjoy looking at themselves in a full-length mirror while seated on the loo. We were glad to find the restaurant in the nearby Hotel de France open, but after a nice meal we had a an airless and claustrophobic night. I can't comment on the breakfast because we left as soon as we could.

Petit-déjeuner buffet très bien. Chambre un peu étroite et froide. Le gros bémol : absence d’eau chaude. J’ai été très déçue de ne pas pouvoir profiter de la baignoire.

Très bien pour un séjour au Futuroscope
Très bien situé pour un séjour au Futuroscope. Personnel très aimable et accueillant, possibilité d'arriver après 22h. La déco est vraiment sympa et change des "chaînes" d'hôtel. Petit déj complet... Bref à recommander!

Accueil sympathique Pour le reste odeurs de renfermé dans l hôtel Décoration d époque Literie très dure et oreillers tellement petit et fin qu on peut dire inexistant Chambre très mal isolée on entend toute la conversation de la chambre à côté Pour le petit déjeuné la vaisselle est très sale Pour le prix de la chambre on peut trouver beaucoup beaucoup mieux Cet hôtel est équivalent à un hôtel formule 1 Je décommande fortement

Super hôtel !
Nous étions de passage pour une nuit, accueil excellent, très bonne literie, gentillesse des gérants, petit déjeuner très riche et varié, décoration des chambres sympa et le hall d'accueil déco cosi et chaleureuse. Si on retourne sur Poitiers on sait où dormir !

Très bon site pour quelques nuits
Bon accueil, accès facile, excellent rapport qualité prix, environnement calme. Pas d'avis sur le petit déjeuner que je n'ai pas pris. Un seul "petit" bémol sur le nettoyage (cheveux dans la douche par exemple), mais je peux tout à fait comprendre qu'avec toutes les contraintes actuelles, le temps soit compté pour le personnel.
