Good location but our room was too small to open a suite case other than putting it on the bed. Front desk was attentive but they were covering for at least one other hotel and not always available. Shower required a contortionist to use.

The location of property was excellent! Walking distance to most attraction and restaurants. Rooms were small but clean, basic non luxury hotel. Breakfast was convenient and food selection was OK.

Our second stay and just as good as the first. The breakfast was so tasty, as good as I've ever had. Feels very safe and secure and all the staff really helpful. The location is so good for the trams,trains,buses and the airport bus. But all the main sights are easily walkable. A tram around the corner takes you all the way to the Belvedere and a train at same spot all the way to the Schonbrunn. The room was a good size and spotless

The staff were very friendly and helpful, comfortable beds and room was beautiful and clean, and the location was great for walking around the city. Would definitely stay again!

The rooms were not as advertised. Male staff were helpful but one particular female staff was extremely unhelpful and rude. The location is wonderful and appearance of the outside and front entrance of the hotel is nice.

Overall very pleasant stay. They provide complimentary still water everyday and there’s aircon. The location is excellent and is walking distance to the u-bahn, and the inner old town. There is also a supermarket and convenience stores right opposite the street! Fantastic. The room is extremely spacious. I had some issues with the light bulb in the bathroom and the bath tub clogged up two nights in the row. but they fixed it when I called. However there is no “technician” overnight so if u get stuck w an overflowing bathtub then good luck. The sink area doesn’t have much space for u to place ur toiletries , perhaps that can be improved. Be careful not to knock over the glass cups. Ground floor can be a bit noisy but overall I wasn’t too bothered. Pleased w my stay.

Our stay was great! The hotel was clean, rooms were spacious and the front desk staff was so great. The area is easy to get to, close to metros and walkable to so much great shopping, dining and drinks. The neighborhood was so quiet and felt safe even late at night. Loved our stay

Hotel is located in a quieter area, just a block away from noise. Hotel is clean and well kept. Drapes and mattress are aged a bit, but altogether a good room. My only issue was at front desk. On Sunday night I asked front desk how late I could check out, he said 2 pm. When I verified in morning, manager said she would need to charge me 25 euros, and would not back down, and would not contact agent. This is the reason for 2 star rating for the staff. When a manager does not backup their agent, is cause for concern. If there was a cost agent should have stated it.

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet part of Vienna’s Inner City. Our room had a view of the park (Rudolfsplatz). The hotel had an excellent breakfast bar, and the service was attentive and friendly. Several good restaurants , bakeries, and even grocery stores are nearby. The hotel is within easy walking distance from Hofburg, the Stephansdom, and other attractions, and the big shopping streets. There are also excellent boutiques and a sporting store nearby. We highly recommend the hotel!

Avoid 6th floor
I arrived at the hotel this afternoon and the check-in process was seamless. However, we were assigned a room on the 6th floor, which is an attic, so the rooms are and feel small. Additionally, the room had an unpleasant moldy odor and a tiny window. I've stayed at this hotel in the past and found rooms on different floors to be more pleasant. On the bright side, the location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the city center and the river. In general, the hotel offers great quality, a convenient location, and reasonable pricing. I'd recommend it, however, avoiding rooms on the 6th floor.

we really enjoyed our time in Kk palais, hotel was beautiful, clean . The location was perfect , especially for families. It was our first abroad holiday with our 3 years old, we also brought our carriage. Therefore we could almost go by walking to popular places. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Felipe who helped us for breakfast was very friendly and helpful. The lady from reception whom I unfortunately forgot her name was very helpful too:) Thank you for everything

This is a very elegant hotel with spacious rooms and large windows overlooking a park. We like it because it is only 10 minutes walk from major sites, but far enough back from the tourists to be peaceful and quiet. The staff were very helpful and laid back, and breakfast was excellent. Most important, we always sleep well here. Good value for money considering this is the Continent where hotel prices are high.

The hotel did what it needed to and the staff was nice. The best part is the location. 10 minute walk to St Stephen’s Cathedral which is basically the city center. It’s also 5 minutes from the Danube. There’s a cafe next door that doesn’t open til after lunch but there is breakfast at the hotel. There is 2 grocery stores 2 minutes walking from the hotel as well. The location was safe and the hotel looks better than the pics do.

Nice hotel in a nice area
The hotel was nice. The location was an easy walk to the attractions. The breakfast was good. Our phone in our room didn't work and although we informed them of it several times, nothing was done about it. The air conditioner did not work consistently. They came and checked it once. We did have our laundry done here and it was done professionally.
