There was constant maintenance occurring during my stay. This isn't necessarily bad. However, it started between 7 and 730 am everyday and was quite noisy. Sleeping in is definitely not an option. Staff are hit and miss, a few friendly and a few apparently disinterested. I give top marks for the breakfast. Very good. Also, convenient walk of only 250m or so to the Enkplatz Metro stop. Immediate area has nothing much to offer but some useful supermarkets. It gave the impression of a fairly safe, semi-urban location.

Stayed overnight en route to southern Austria after a night flight into VIE. Hotel served the purpose of a cost effective, clean overnight stop. Breakfast selection was substantial with a large restaurant. Would stay again.

The staff was nice and friendly although they seemed overwhelmed. There is a few things that can be improved on like locating the entrance to the lobby / building it was not on the Main Street , therefore, a sign saying enter here would have been great. We actually drove around the block looking for the entrance. The ac didn’t work like we wanted; the room was hot. We didn’t have a card to access our room once we got off the elevator so someone had to let us in.

Overall the hotel is very convenient. You could get to the city center by subway or by bus. The room is clean and the hotel has good breakfast. But the room is kind of small for 4 people. It is ok to us as we only stay there for one night.

The night Auditor on 8/27/23 - 8/28/23, is an amazing compassionate man, who helped 5 weary travelers who were abandoned in Vienna by Lufthansa to find a place to sleep for the night. Without him our night would have been completely disastrous. We are so grateful for him and for JUFA! THANK YOU!

the only thing missing was coffee in the morning (not available in the room or at the reception area) before going to an airport for an early flight. There were only tea bags in the room

Good location as the metro station was at the end of the road which got you into the centre of Vienna in about 10 mins. The room was clean and the bathroom was big with a separate toilet. We didn’t have breakfast as it was expensive about €16 per person. There was a Lidl around the corner to get supplies. The air conditioning was absolutely terrible and didn’t seem to work properly the whole time we were there and it was very hot in the room even with the window open. There was also a €15.90 charge per day for parking which we felt was extremely expensive and unnecessary.

I stayed four night with family. Not located very centre. However, very well connected to everywhere through tram/metro. Supermarket and varieties restaurant few minutes walk away. Overall hotel/room is perfectly clean and comfortable. Breakfast charged at 15 euro/person. Reception staff are very helpful. Luggage storage available.
