The owner let me check in early and was friendly. The hotel occupies the whole second floor from what I saw. The only thing that concerned me was that the elevator did not seem to be working on my first day, so I had to walk up two flights of stairs with my luggage.

Perfect location, right near public transportation and quick train to and from the airport. Lots of food variety in the area. 20minute walk to several major sites. Rooms are sparse but very comfortable. Great hot shower

Great Place to Stay!
Excellent service. Manager seems like he takes a lot of pride in his work. They are in the process of fixing up the place a bit. I'm sure it's going to look great soon.

Very nice property, a little bit outdated. The hotel owner gave us a warm welcome and made our stay at this hotel very enjoyable! Excellent ratio quality/price, and we will be back at this property.

Pessima esperienza, state alla larga.
Coppia con bambino. L’edificio è vecchio e malandato, l’hotel al secondo piano si raggiunge con ascensore fatiscente, ma ci accontentiamo di poco. Nell’ascensore una busta di vestiti sporchi, qualcuno grida dalle scale, una porta sul pianerottolo è l’ingresso dell’hotel, non badiamo alle apparenze. Ci accolgono odori non invitanti e un uomo che non parla inglese e tanto meno italiano (alla faccia del personale multilingue) che con modi spicci ci fa capire che non vuole che portiamo il passeggino all’interno. Solo dopo molte insistenze ci consegna comunque le chiavi della camera. La camera è molto spoglia, ha un tappeto sul quale non appoggereste i piedi, si gira appena intorno a letto, c’è un solo comodino con un abat-jour di plastica mezzo rotto, affaccio su un cavedio sporco, ma sappiamo adattarci. Però manca il lettino per il bambino che avevamo richiesto e che la descrizione dell’hotel indicava come servizio pure gratuito. Faticosamente spieghiamo il problema all’uomo di prima che scuote la testa e fa cenno di no. Dopo qualche tempo ci raggiunge un uomo più giovane, che parla inglese con noi e una lingua sconosciuta con l’altro uomo. Con modi incredibilmente sgarbati ci spiega che nel suo hotel non ci sono affatto lettini o culle per bambini, ci offre una stanza più grande (con sovrapprezzo) con un divano letto, inutile e pericoloso per un bambino di 9 mesi. Mostriamo la prenotazione e ci invita ad andarcene via promettendo un rimborso che non arriverà. Cambiato hotel.
