Value for money, clean and functional.
Was clean and functional. Breakfast was ok. Located about half kilometer from the main area. It is a student accommodation but let out to others during breaks. Coffee making facilities not provided but a jug is available on deposit. Our request for a non sloping room was not noted. If you are tall, you should avoid room on the 6th floor.

Basic Hotel
Very basic hotel, nothing fancy. Small room and bathroom. Fresh towls and soap everyday. The breakfast was a typical European breakfast. Few hot products, lots of bread meat and cheese, but its all you need. Staff were friendly.

Close to centre
Allyouneedvienna2 was iin a great position near the danube cabal. Near to lots of eating places, 10 minutes walk to get to st stephens. The airport bus also only a 10 minute walk. Great buffet breakfast and all the staff friendly.

Loved the location, no doubt. Good service overall and choice of breakfast. The only downside, there is no early check in option and I would be happy to pay for it if there was a fee. When we arrived to the hotel at 1pm, it was hot outside, 38C. I didn't even see the local people outside and yet we were told to wait or explore the city... Other than that, if you are allocated room with the balcony, you will be sharing with other hotel stayers.

Excellent hotel in a good position for city walks
Amazing hotel in a good position within easy walking distance of the city centre. Our room was a reasonable size, immaculately clean and very quiet. Breakfast was fantastic and all the staff were very friendly. I was shocked to learn that it was student accommodation during term time and opens as a hotel when university finishes. You would never know and for the price it is excellent value.

So-so stay
It is summer at the moment and so every day I woke up in my own sweat because of the heat. There is no air conditioning and the ventilation is pretty poor.

Basic but Good
Overall stay was good. Very nice breakfast with lots of choices. Room was basic but good overall. Room and other areas were clean. Please note that there is no air conditioning in the rooms; just a portable fan. Something to consider if you are there in the summer. I think the lack of air conditioning is common among budget/medium priced hotels in Vienna. I would stay here again.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL WITHOUT READING THIS
I’m going to put it in brief words for you... 1. I found BLOOD and dry buggers in my pillow... that thing where you’re to rest your face on. 2. There was a bag with someone else garbage inside the room. 3. Staff was very incompetent to complete simple check in procedures. It took over 15 minutes standing at the desk. 4. When I reported the blood and mucus issue to the desk, they just. Rushed me off with a flat “we’re sorry” 5. I believe breakfast was included in the price. I told the front desk that I didn’t trust the hygiene of the hotel and that I didn’t wanted to have their breakfast. Any normal prrson that works providing a “service” would have attempted to ethically take the breakfast money off the bill... they just stared at me and did nothing. This was a superlative disgusting and frustrating experience.

Obvisously I have already forwarded the problem to the responsible cleaning staff. Please note though, that we are seasonal hotels and only open from July until September, so our reception staff was in it's first week in our hotel, so some procedures may have taken a few minutes longer. Let me please assure you, that our catering partner, who is responsible for the breakfast has always met the hygiene and quality standards of food in Austria. Business Trip -- totally efficient hotel
The room I had was clean, pleasant and virtually silent while the location of the hotel was very convenient to the U-Bahn. I was in Vienna for business and the staff at the hotel was quite accommodating in terms of allowing me to check-in a little before the official check-in time which reduced a lot of stress for me. The breakfast the next morning was excellent - the choice of breakfast foods was enormous --- they provided something for everyone.

Good location and breakfast but no double beds
Hotel is in a great location just a short walk over the bridge into the main centre. Breakfast was also great with a wide variety. There are a few flaws however. The first receptionist we encountered was extremely rude and uninviting. We arrived at 1.30pm and were told blankly to go do something else or come back later that night as check in wasn't until 3pm. She almost put me off even returning. We came back at 3pm and the next receptionist was a lot more pleasant. The room is fine, good size and clean. Another flaw would be that there are no double beds, only two singles together. For the price, location and breakfast the hotel is good, however, due to the beds and receptionist I would probably stay elsewhere if returning to Vienna.

the Hotel in in District 2 the old Jewish quarter - Hotel OK and a great nights sleep. 20 mins walk over the river to the main centre. But it's a No-Frills hotel, more of a bed-set type of approach but good price for Vienna.

All You Need REALLY IS "All You Need!!!'
Friendly welcome. Large open lobby. Very friendly and efficient breakfast staff. Great selection for breakfast. And nicely spread out so no queuing. Very very tasty too. Loads of room in the bedroom, with loads of built in storage. Amazing value for money!!!

I stayed for two nights in August - the pluses: the cost was low, the location is good (only 2-3kms to city centre with U-bahn and tram nearby) and the breakfast was decent. The minuses: check-in time at 3pm but check out at 11am, really? Poor wifi. TV in room didn't work. No A/C. No mini bar. One lift for a 5-storey hotel. No safe. Room security was a basic key rather than a swipe entry. I guess All You Need means all you need is a bed. Dont expect much more than this and the hotel is good value.

Good location, but bad choice for hot summers.
The hotel has a great location and walking distance to the city center. However it was really warm and there was no air-conditioning or ventilation. Even worse wad that they had no fans to give away, first night I spend sleeping all sweating. Thx to the hotel manager they agreed to refund me the next two nights which were non refundable, cause of my discomfort.

A hot steamy stay in beautiful Vienna. The hotel is well located and my budget priced room was roomy but lack of air conditioning in high temperatures reduced the comfort level. Very welcome to be given a fresh bottle of juice on arrival.

Just Enough
This hotel as its name suggests satisfies all basic needs. Very popular. Neighborhood good and location close enough to public transit. Breakfast excellent. Staff very efficient and helpful. Room spacious and basic but comfortable. Room 416 single interior courtyard very quiet and comfortable. Internet require some interaction but adequate. Go to reception early in morning for requests. Busy all other times. I would definitely stay there again.

It is really all you need - nice location just outside the old city, breakfast buffet and free wifi. Two things disappointed us: first, the cleaning lady decided to knock on the doors before 9:00 am ! that's way too early for people on vacation. second, they don't have double beds, just two single beds which have a small gap between them which is annoying

Excellent overnight staying
I had 18 hours connection between flights in Vienna and AllYouNeed Hotel Vienna 2 met my needs perfectly. Close to city centre, easy to get to and from the airport (bus 1185), super clean room, single bed, shower, washroom, small TV, friendly staff, and included breakfast.

As usual in Europe a/c couldn't cool a small car. Area around hotel was good. Klostermarkt was nearby andhad good food. Located a short walk from various ttransportation and just across river from very active area.

Good location that besides of a metro station, and the metro is easily to get the popular sightseeing of city central. I book a double room for single use but it's too tiny to be a double room, besides, anything is good, good service, good breakfast, good furnitures.
