This complete newly built vacation home in quiet Petit-Thier has a fantastic location and great views of the hilly countryside. The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets and can accommodate 8 people, ideal for families. The house is located in a small village 5 kilometers from Vielsalm, in the heart of the Ardennes. You can explore the area both on foot and by car. Visit the town of Malmedy, look behind the scenes with a guide at Circuit Spa-Francorchamps in Stavelot or enjoy one of the nice walks in the surrounding area such as at the highest point in Belgium (Baraque Fraiture). From the open kitchen and dining- and living room you look out over the terrace, the green garden of 1200 m2 and enjoy the beautiful view. For the children there is a playground in the garden. A large part of the terrace is covered and illuminated, so you can also enjoy a barbecue in rainy weather. For enthusiasts, the house also has a recreation room with various table games. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. A washing machine and dryer are available in the utility room with extra sink. Useful for longer stays. The house is fully heated with underfloor heating and there is ample parking on site. This accommodation is limited to a maximum of 8 people by municipal regulation. Unfortunately, additional people are not permitted during the day either. It is strictly forbidden to organise student parties, bachelor parties or drinking parties in this house. For the sake of peace and quiet, this holiday home is not rented to groups of young people.
