"The location is excellent; it’s in the pedestrian zone, a fairly short walk from the train station. I had to store my luggage at the train station because the apartment is on the 4th floor. That information wasn’t mentioned before I booked. But I learned that it is uncommon to have elevators in old buildings. The apartment was bright, well stocked and modern. It appears to be newly renovated and is very clean. "

"Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben - modern eingerichtet, hell und sauber. Man bekommt alle notwendigen Informationen vorab und fühlt sich gut aufgehoben. Die Wohnung liegt nicht ganz zentral, aber wer Bewegung nicht scheut, der ist hier gut aufgehoben. In die Stadt kommt man gut zu Fuß. Einen schönen Weg gibt es an der Mosel. Um die Ecke gibt es genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, wobei in der Altstadt kulinarisch mehr geboten wird. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen...

"L'appartement, situé au sous-sol de la maison de la propriétaire, est propre et bien équipé pour 4 personnes. Nous n'avons pas du tout trouvé de moisissures.Tout était a notre disposition, serviettes, savon, café, sucre, produits ménagers, ...Situé à 10 minutes à peine en voiture du centre de Coblence.Nous avons passé un bon séjour, il est juste dommage qu'il y ait une forte odeur de chien qui peut être un peu incommodante lorsque l'on rentre, mais rapport qualité prix il n'y a rien a dire."
