"I stayed at the new Annex so everything is nice and Zen. There are no toiletries so please take note. It is really just opposite of Neuchatel station separated by a small road. If I were to nickpick, I hope that they can rotate at least one of the dishes at breakfast. I stayed facing the river. Oh, it has air conditioning that works how you want it to be so it will be great for Summer."

"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel de l’Ecluse. The property was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent for exploring Neuchâtel, especially the lakefront, the Collegiate Church, and the castle area, all within easy walking distance. A couple of maintenance issues could use attention — the toilet seat in our room was loose and the shower drain cover kept coming off during use. The room was also quite warm at night. We were able to open...

"The location was absolutely breathtaking right on the lake. Everything was within walking distance great food great drinks great shopping. It was truly amazing. The staff was super helpful and friendly parking right up front or in the garage below. Highly recommend this hotel."
