Beautiful house with private pool in the calm area of Aiguaviva Park, only 9km from the beaches and center of Lloret de Mar. This house is divided over 2 floors. On the main floor, you'll find a living - dining room with direct exit to a nice terrace where you can have lunch or dinner, a great and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing - dryer machine), a complete bathroom with bathtub and two double bedrooms (a double bed in each one). On the first floor you will find a double bedroom with a trundle bed, a complete bathroom with shower and an open area with a trundle bed (there can sleep 2 persons), and also a closed terrace where you can enjoy the nice mountain views. In the outdoor area is a a private pool (7x4), a terrace with garden furniture (like a chill-out), a barbecue area with table and chairs where you can take a lunch and dinner, and a fridge. Free WIFI connection. Pets accepted on prior request and with supplement.Outdoor parking area.This property is only rented to families. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.
