"I have stayed at this hotel several times and have seen the facility become run down. My room was on the first floor and was very noisy from other rooms.
Breakfast is what it is. The main issue is with the bed. It has a metal box frame with a wire frame to support the mattress. When you sat on the bed, it sounded like crushing a metal can. The other bed was not so bad, so I stayed in that room.
The area is safe, just not worth the cost. At Hotels.com, this room cost $175 way too much. Moving to a different hotel next year. "
"Property presents as posted; it was exactly what we were expecting. Gorgeous view is a short walk over the hill. The neighbors and dogs were all very welcoming and friendly. Playing fetch with Axle was an unexpected highlight of the trip! We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space and look forward to experiencing it during another season. "
"After checking in and getting to our room we noticed some issues. They tried to help remedy the issues but couldn’t. Hotel was full so moving us wasn’t an option. Next day after returning from our sightseeing he told us they had given us the Presidential Suite. That was a welcomed surprise. We shuffled all of our stuff 3 doors down. Room was very big with separate area for king bed. Huge bathroom & living room & kitchenette with table. We had a great sights sleep both nights. Breakfast was good and standard fare of eggs, sausage & other hot & cold items. Clean area & maintained as well.
Laundry was $2.75 for each. Upon checking out I found out they did not charge us for 1st night & only charged us for the upgraded room. I very much appreciated the effort made by staff to
rectify the issue. It had nothing to do with cleanliness, that was fine. Issues we had fall under management/maintenance and not those who work the front desk. "
"Room 110- The room was outdated, and was probably an old smoking room due to the overwhelming smell. The air conditioner/heating unit was very loud but I understood that it may have been working hard to keep the room warm. Otherwise the room was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the price was right for a quick overnight stay."
