This place is a dump and the manager is delusional. You can smell the mildew and mold before you walk in the front door.

Desk staff gave conflicting answers to questions and seemed either confused or dishonest. Parking wasn’t great, but it didn’t feel unsafe. The AC in the lobby area was either broken or was set to 79 so it wasn’t pleasant and inviting but it wasn’t unbearable either. The vending machine in the lobby wasn’t very well stocked, but proved irrelevant when it stopped working after dispensing one item. Everywhere inside had a faint mildew scent. Room was mostly clean; bedding was fresh and unstained, though it only consisted of sheets and a light blanket (no comforter, duvet, or second blankets). Bed was firm and comfortable. Breakfast was surprisingly good. There was a decent selection and multiple options. The choices were fresh and the area was presentable. For 50 bucks a night, it’s probably getting what you paid for and not bad. For 80 bucks a night, it’s probably a little disappointing.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Parking lot was dirty, the musty smell hit as soon as the doors opened. Floors had caked mud. Room was uncleaned with door propped open well after the check in time. The manager told us he would approve a refund and when Expedia called them they refused to refund. STAY WAY!

I like the breakfast options & dark, quiet hotel rooms. I didn't like that our room was kind of dirty this time, incldg the floors & counters, interior of fridge & a nasty hair sticking off the shower wall, but everything else was good, just wish they had something to get rid of humidity in room. It was hot & humid in room upon arrival 😑.

Since Nov. 2022 for our family gathering this place left a good impression that we have returned- The whole staff is always so helpful and friendly.!! The guy there -not sure of his name -starts with P has always been so helpful- he usually works the night shift but always goes over and above when a problem arises. FairBridge Inn is bless to have him !

The property is a good value for the money. It is difficult to find because there is not a sign at the entrance. However, once in, the staff was nice and the room was quiet and clean. There was not much to the breakfast. If you go to breakfast close to the end time, there is no milk for drinking or for the cereal.

Great staff! Disappointing stay...

The staff was fantastic! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Sadly that's the only positive I have. We were put in an accessible room, which we did not need. Because of that, there was no counter in the bathroom, so nowhere to put our toiletries. We came in late from a concert and wanted to get sodas out of the machine, but it didn't seem to be working. Breakfast was a disaster - no forks (all out, supposed to be delivered tomorrow), NO COFFEE and no biscuits to go with the cold gravy, eggs, sausage and hash browns. We went to Whataburger for breakfast.

Half opened?

It's weird, this is half finished hotel. The staff was nice enough however nothing worked right. The fridge was broken, the front door wouldn't even open and needed to be forced open physically.

It took 5-10 minutes before someone came to the front desk for me to check in. The room had died flies/bugs, someone else’s hair on the sheets, sink, and tub. The tub had some dead black tiny bugs in it and someone else’s hair on the sides, and the back of the toilet wasn’t cleaned. The room didn’t come with an iron or iron board in the room. Fixtures like lambs rusted up. The room had a mildew like smell that was making me nauseous. The night receptionists was friendly and was available. It wasn’t any pictures on the wall. You could hear the floor boards and the people in the room above us.
