Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
A $30 adjustment per guest per night will also be added for any guests not included in the original reservation.
Any items damaged or missing in the property will be added as an additional expense to your account.

The house is very nice and extremely clean. The host is very reachable and responds quickly to all questions. They are very friendly and accommodating The house is very convenient to everything I wanted to do. Felt very safe and the neighborhood was very quiet. It was my first time staying here in Victoria and it was a wonderful experience. Would love to visit again when I have more time. Would definitely stay here again!
