The house does not look like much on the outside, but when you open the door, it is beautifully redone and decorated with nice furniture, complete kitchen and comfortable beds. We were very happy with our stay.
The property was true to the photos and description. The location was just perfect for exploring all the wonderful hiking in the area! We would stay here again for sure!
The house is well stocked and clean. It was comfortable and a convenient starting point for exploring the northern end of the national park and nearby areas.
The property is cozy, comfy, and modern. The bed is comfortable, and the wifi is good which I was thankful for since we had no cell service around here. Plenty of room for the dog to run around. We really enjoyed the fire pit and appreciated the plentiful firewood that was provided. It could be a little loud with the road being close by and people going fast, but there is a sound machine provided in the bedrooms which was very thoughtful.
Super clean and very comfortable for our family of 4 (2 adults, two kids). Everything we needed for a home base while we explored the area. Conveniently located for easy access to the New River Gorge, Hawk Nest, Babcock and Fayetteville. Would definitely book again!
My husband and I stayed for a week to visit New River Gorge National Park. The house had everything we needed and was very clean! Good location! Would stay again!
Overall a great little house! Had the kitchen stocked and a nice fire pit out back. They did have some dusty nightstands, the night lights in the kids beds didn’t work, there were some spiderwebs on the ceiling and a thick layer of dust on the ceiling fans but that’s nothing compared to some other places we have stayed. Great location and beautiful property!
We stayed here while visiiting realitives. The home was nice and comfortable. Didn't stay there during the day , just to sleep. I wish the television provided had a local channel to see the weather radar for the area. We had some weather approaching one night and had to depend on our phones for updates on the storm.
This place was perfect. Exactly as described. It exceeded my expectations. Fully accommodating (except food). A home away from home. I would higly recommend and would stay here again.
Clean house with cable/Wi-Fi/washer/dryer/outdoor grill/fire pit/in a convenient location. Only negative is it’s on a busy road, but it’s priced accordingly. Enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
Had a wonderful stay @ Myrtle's. Quick short get away for our Anniversary with our pup. Great place in a good location. Minutes from several point of interest in NR and surrounding areas. First place ive ever been to that was the exactly like the pictures. Wished we could've stayed longer but will definitely not hesitate to book again ❤️
Thank you

Very clean. Located close to many attractions in the area. Only draw back would be traffic noise on the highway in front of the property. But we would still stay here again. After 5 in the afternoon it’s not as busy.
The house is very clean, well taken care of. The kitchen had anything you would need to prepare meals, well stocked.
Cute little house.

Larry and Theresa are the best hosts possible. The house is immaculate. We had a great stay, very close to the hiking trails in the area so if your in the area and need a place to stay I highly recommend, plus they gave us some new trails to hike. THANKS!!!
We stayed here on a visit to New River Gorge NP with our small dog. The house is cute and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable. It is close to everything we needed. Loved the decor and it was very homey. The only negative would be we arrived in pouring rain and it was quite dark and muddy, could’ve used a little more outdoor lighting and maybe a clear walkway. But, that is not a deal breaker. We highly recommend a stay here!
Excellent property and GREAT host! Quaint and super clean. Open living space to kitchen. Fire pit and picnic table was great for grilling and eating outside. Front porch peaceful for morning coffee. Close to Fayetteville and tons of hiking and outdoor attractions. 1 hour to Charleston, WV and a scenic drive in. Host was quick to respond and excellent to work with, kind and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

The house is very nice inside! Did not get to use the firepit or deck due to rain off and on thru the days we were there. We did have a minor issue with the toilet not always flushing. I think it may have been an issue outside of the house. Very relaxing and accomodating. Close to what we wanted to do. Great view out the front windows.
