DEPARTURE: Upon departure all dishes must be washed and put away, food removed from the fridge and rubbish placed in the appropriate bin. The cottage must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra charges will be applied for the cleaning of dirty dishes, emptying of fridge and if the cottage is not left in a similar condition to your arrival.

SMOKING: This home is strictly NON-SMOKING indoors and will result in a forfeit of bond if this occurs.

All Linen with the exception of beach towels is supplied; property is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.

Fantastic Stay
Great location, walking distance to Victor Harbor pubs, foreshore and amenities. Pantry well stocked with condiments/coffee pods etc.. Comfortable home. Overall a great stay, thanks Chris : )

Well appointed, comfortable, lovely and warm even on the coldest of night’s. Very private and quiet all amenities within walking distance. A lovely romantic getaway. As good as the last time we stayed.

Weekend Getaway
Had a great time at this property. Wanted relaxation and solitude, and got just that. The property had everything we needed and was immaculate when we arrived. Would recommend thoroughly and would love to come back in the future.

Great little hideaway for a family
We had a very pleasant stay. Everything was in wonderful order and the amenities were wonderful, including a very nicely furnished bathroom, a quality pod coffee machine and great TV and video game system for the kids. We will definitely book again and recommend to others.

Compact but great features
Pros: Comfy beds, quiet location, close to town & beach. Air con quiet & efficient. Spacious & luxurious bathroom with everything you need (including dryer & straightener). Kitchen & laundry both well equipped. Nice big TV & spacious dining/lounge. The front area outside is secluded which is pleasant - it’s behind another house that has a big fence. Cons: When we first arrived, we were disappointed with a couple of things but they soon lost their importance. The Master bedroom is very small. The wardrobe is a clothes rack on wheels (which was handy as we moved it into lounge area). View from kitchen & bedroom windows is of a neighbour’s backyard (they could see in but thankfully weren’t there for long (maybe 4/5 days out of 14)). The view from those windows is of dead grass/plants. Overall, very happy!
