Dominique has completely renovated this former barn and patiently created this comfortable little cottage. The south-facing living room is bright and offers a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside. At the front, a large 65m² wooden terrace is directly connected to the house. Equipped with a pergola, it almost becomes the main living area in the warmer months! There are numerous hiking trails nearby, including the beautiful route through the Valley of the Mills and its old viaduct. The property is in the immediate vicinity of the village of St. Pierre Eglise with its shops and weekly market. In the heart of the Val de Saire, you can easily discover the jewels of the peninsula, from Cap Lévi to the listed village of Barfleur, and all the way to the port of Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue and Tatihou Island.
